The consultation takes place in a confidential setting with our healthcare professional, just like an in-person visit. You’ll need a reliable internet connection and a private space for your consultation.

The initial consultation typically takes 30 minutes. Our healthcare professional will review your pre-screening information, and discuss your health history, current circumstances, and any existing treatments. They’ll work with you to understand your health goals and develop an appropriate care plan.

Some consultations may be eligible for Medicare rebates or private health insurance coverage, depending on your specific circumstances and level of coverage. We recommend contacting your health fund directly to confirm your eligibility for rebates.

We maintain strict privacy protocols. Our telehealth platform is secure and encrypted, and all your health information is stored in compliance with Australian privacy legislation. Only authorised healthcare professionals directly involved in your care have access to your information.

You can reschedule your consultation through our online booking system or by contacting our team. We request at least 24 hours notice for any changes to appointments. If you need to reschedule with less notice, please contact our team directly to discuss your circumstances.
