Healthcare providers can refer patients through our secure platform. Our pharmacist-led team will conduct a comprehensive health assessment and provide evidence-based recommendations in coordination with the referring provider.

Please provide standard clinical referral information including relevant health history, current treatments, and reason for referral. Our team will review this information as part of the initial assessment process.

We provide structured feedback through secure clinical correspondence. Updates are provided following initial consultation and at key points in the care journey, maintaining professional communication standards.

Initial consultations (30-45 minutes, $110) include comprehensive assessment and care planning. Follow-up consultations are available in 15-minute ($59) or 30-minute ($79) sessions. Concession rates are available for eligible patients.

We maintain collaborative communication with referring healthcare providers and integrate our care recommendations with existing treatment plans. All care is delivered within an evidence-based framework through our telehealth platform.
