Do I need a referral to book a consultation?
No, you don’t need a referral to access our telehealth services. You can book your free initial discussion directly through our online platform. However, if you have any relevant health information from your current healthcare providers, you’re welcome to share it during your consultation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Medicare cards for eligible services. Payment is processed securely through our online platform at the time of booking. For concession card holders, your discount will be automatically applied when you provide your valid card details.
How do I qualify for the concession discount?
The 10% concession discount applies to all consultation fees for holders of:

- DVA Cards
- Healthcare Cards
- Senior Concession Cards
